I like 4chan. Maybe my perception of what it is could be biased. I see it as the internet version of a WW1 battlefield, chaos, gore, and death. A place where the propaganda of all sides meet on the battlefield of merit and the lies get demolished. It is ugly, brutal, and no quarter given. If you go there to make what seems to you to be a valid observation you had best be ready to back it up or be shot down. I admit freely I could be wrong. It could be nothing but autistic high school kids who arent serious about anything.
