You have to ask whether they really exist, whether bold or fearful. Looks like a distraction to me, but that’s just speculation, too.
I’ve been hearing about this bunch for two years and have yet to see or hear one go on the record.
If this story is to be believed the FBI sounds more like a crime family maintaining control through fear and intimidation instead of the alleged world premiere law enforcement agency they try and portray themselves.
