Jarrett called the attacks a “teaching moment” in a clip from an MSNBC special on race relations that airs Tuesday night.
“I’m fine,” Jarrett said. “I’m worried about all the people out there who don’t have a circle of friend and followers who come right to their defense, the person who’s walking down the street minding their own business and they see somebody cling to their purse or want to cross the street. Or every black parent I know who has a boy who has to sit down and have a conversation, the talk as we call it.”
Jarrett continued, “As you say, those ordinary examples of racism that happen every single day. I think that’s why I’m so glad to be here this evening talking with all of you.”

Maybe I’m a mean and insensitive person-but I didn’t think that remark was in any way racist-in bad taste, maybe-but not dog-whistle racist. I honestly didn’t know that ValJ was black/racially mixed until I read it someplace-I thought she was a straight-up Middle Easterner-she looks like an Iranian/Saudi/Iraqui, etc...
If ABC and Jarrett were truly interested in ‘teachable moments’ then I’m quite sure the Rosanne television program would have been an excellent way to bring them to life.
Unfortunately the left is more interested in ‘gotcha’ moments than teachable ones.
Not only that but enough to cancel a show over. Seriously. But “Joy” Behar is still on The Spew.
I have to admit that I never even knew ValJar was black, or even part black. I never thought she was anything but a nice enough looking woman who hated America and was partial to Iran/islam/communism. Can she be criticized fairly for that?

Oh come on. She’s not beautiful or anything, but she certainly is at least average. If she were one of ours we wouldn’t be making fun of her. I also think Hillary could be quite attractive in her younger years. Sadly, they’re both vile women....and that’s what makes them as ugly as sin.
