Wow! I am 67 yrs, 4 Mo old. I fell a few months ago on our driveway. Tripped on garden hose that some idiot left there... me. LOL I fell all the was from standing to flat on my side on cement drive. Hurt, but no bone injuries. Had bone density test and my bones are strong, very strong. All I drank as a child was milk.
I fell UP the hard wood stairs December 2012. Going to fast, not paying attention. Old Claremont Calif house, steep stairs. Bones were fine. Had 2 black eyes. Healed fast.
So we came up with a dark joke...

I’m 62.When you work with the elderly it is drummed into your head about falls. Be careful dear. Remember, at our age ‘’Never do today what you can put off till tomorrow..’’
