Why did GWB continue with the goat story to the Florida schoolchildren for almost 30 minutes after being advised of the terrorist attacks?
Why did Jeb issue Florida EO 01-261 on 9/7, 4 days before the attacks?

The second amendment and martial law - it would be the final line of defense against a DS declaration of martial law and FEMA control of the police state, possibly one of the two reasons why Obama held off after Trump won. Could he have been thinking that if the military went along with it he could have declared the election invalid due to foreign interference and stayed for a third term?
