I watched the video. She was clearly resisting with all of her might for an extended period of time. The blows to the head were clearly measured in force, and if not she’d be likely knocked out. No, not all police are good guys, but in this case:

Please, there are two of them and they each outweigh her by about 50 pounds, and they couldn’t restrain her without punching her repeatedly in the BACK of the head? Maybe she was mouthy or a bitch - I’ve seen dozens of videos of GOOD cops excercising tremendous discipline and respect in the face of far worst treatment from citizens.
