Sorry for your loss KosmicKitty. I currently own 4 EB’s....you are correct, they are usually the sweetest and most gentle dogs. We have been owned by EB’s for well over 20 yrs now, and it is very unusual for one to attack, but I guess it can happen. Makes me wonder if this particular EB was a rescue...who was treated badly by a previous owner? And something triggered his attack on the man and his grandchildren? Sad....I do hope the kids will be ok?
Thank you. We were owned by Madam for almost 15 years. She was just 15 days short of 15 years when she died earlier this month. Really old for her breed.
I spent the last 3 years making bone-broth for her twice a week. Some days, she’d go through a quart. But she was worth it!
