How is this any different than if one decides to rob a gas station, act as if they had a gun, got nervous or edgy and gas station attendant blows them away and it is found they have a cell phone in pocket?
Get enough of these incidents and the crap will end swiftly.
This woman cop in MD that just got KIA last week now has the murderers lawyer asking WHY she figured she had to draw her weapon when approaching his client.
He ran over her while he was in possession of the ‘get away’ car while a few of his playmates were ransacking a house and SHE was responding to a call that one of the neighbors made about the activity.
Suspect 16 and supposedly has had more time in court than most 60 year old lawyers.
So, in that community, if cop draws weapon while you are committing a felony, said cop is fair game to be run over and killed...
Of course when this dreg of a cretin gets released because of the Officers (DEAD) acts, his lawyer will be screaming that Cops had no ‘right’ to go in with guns blazing the NEXT time he is engaged in such activities.
I know it isn’t right, but there was a time when a cop killer had to FEAR FOR HIS OWN WELL BEING as everyone in the neighborhood was after him, cops AND the miscreants that had set up shop in same neighborhood...WHEN the other cops started going door to door and arresting EVERYONE and EVERYTHING for so much as littering.
The perp would eventually ‘show up’ as the poster read “Wanted Dead or Alive”...Paladin
I am also incensed that the BB player in Milwaukee is getting all these ‘interviews’ from ABC—Robin Roberts, etc, over his getting tased. Robin Roberts is support her favorite thing: Black BB players...nothing more. She is no longer of any interest to me.
The cops told him plenty of times “Take your hands out of your pockets”.
He refused.
He REFUSED to comply with that order—over & over again.
That is something ANY & EVERY cop will ask—no matter your age or your color. You better comply.

What the hell kind of answer is that?
