Former Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards said women are dependent on abortion for their freedom because, without it, they cannot control their own bodies.
“If you can’t control your own body, you are not free,” Richards said. “That is a fundamental issue, and I don’t think we can, like, make any bones about that.”
Richards was interviewed by former Daily Show correspondent Jessica Williams, reports MRC NewsBusters’ Katie Yoder, who also notes the unlisted YouTube video of the interview.
The former head of America’s largest abortion vendor has been promoting her new book, Make Trouble, since she stepped down from her post on May 1.
“We are seeing, I believe, the last gasp of the patriarchy in this country,” Richards said, charging the Trump administration with promoting the notion “that somehow they’re going to take women back to the 1860s.”

There in is the reason. They should control their bodies by keeping their knees together. The should put on condoms. The shouldn’t be spreading their legs for every Trevon, Dick and Hashi. Controlling themselves would go a long way in decreasing abortions.
Isn’t it funny how they always equate a woman’s power over her body equal to the ability to commit infanticide?
Richards is a fine example of an instance where natural selection has failed.
Same thing could be said of murder. “Women are not free unless they can murder their children at any time.”
Total BS. Liberals fail to understand or accept responsibility.
Why do they call it “Planned Parenthood?” At the very least, shouldn’t it be called Planned Non-Parenthood? Or perhaps Planned disposal of useless superfluous tissue?
