Overgrown crybaby went to court 'to stop' his parents from evicting him!..the eviction notices actually began 8 months ago, when the 'unemployed' looser lost custody 'AND' visitation rights of his son. Looses his job at Best Buy by refusing to work Saturdays and now is suing for 300k!.... I wonder how this all happened. Further he's going to appeal the Judges decision ! He 's a low life scam artist.

That’s the kind of lawsuit that is killing all of us.

If judge #1 accepts the case, judge #2 ought to try the case. If the idiot guy loses his lawsuit, OR IT’s SETTLED, judge #1 ought to have to pay 10% of the award sought to the defendant, and the lawyer/court costs, maybe, too.

Talk about throwing out frivolous cases, THAT would get them thrown out.....

The parents probably wouldn't do it, but maybe someone should hire Lorne Malvo to go and have a motivational talk with this goof. Scare him into getting on the straight and narrow path and staying there.
