Anti-Second Amendment voices have dominated the spotlight in the wake of recent school shootings. Student activists including David Hogg and Emma Gonzalez have become household names.
One of the messages pushed by Hogg and his allies is that adults have failed, and teenagers — conveniently led by him, of course — can do better at governing. In various interviews and statements, Hogg has implied that he speaks for an entire generation. But it turns out he’s just one voice in the crowd.
While some young activists have chased the spotlight to the detriment of their schooling, another Parkland student has taken a different approach. Second Amendment supporter and school security advocate Kyle Kashuv recently announced that he’s set to end the year at the top of his junior class.
“Got some good news! Ranked #1 in my class of 856 students. #WINNING,” the conservative student and classmate of Hogg announced Sunday.

Guess he wasn’t as traumatized as the others. Meanwhile, hoggmeister is probably finishing up his and his sister’s book due out next month. So, if you can sit down and write a book, are you also not as traumatized as you make believe?

He’s a great kid. I follow him on twitter..his Dad served in the Israeli Army, taught Kyle how to shoot..the leftists in his school said that if he gets valedictorian they will boycott the graduation, what a bunch of whiny lil snowflakes.
David Hogg has failed. The KILLERS are HIS PEERS ... they are not from MY generation or circle. What is HE doing about HIS problem? I’m tired of him trying to lecture me and my world. He is the one sitting in school beside the killers, closest to the problem ... what is HE doing about it?

Reading the news now is like reading an Ayn Rand novel.
The mob, egged on by craven political types, attempt to grab control through bullying, emotional sloganeering, and political arm-twisting, with the result being division and destruction.
Yet they can’t control everyone, and those few voices of freedom, logic and sanity are still heard, like a yeast leavening the whole loaf.
So the smartest kid in the school is against gun control.
So where did the little Nazi bastard end up?
Kyle is one smart kid.
He also comes across as a very mature, dignified and wise young man in all his media appearances.
This kid can go all the way, he has everything to be a future President
Or Supreme Court justice. The term last longer.
I would say his parents have kept him grounded..... while those other kids have been tossed to the garbage heap of fame, by their parents.
He IS a great kid!
His grandfather was the only member of his family to survive the Holocaust!

He’s also taking 3 college courses this summer to help maintain his ranking.
