A frustrated couple are taking their own 30-year-old son to court today after trying and failing to get him to fly the coop.
Mark and Christina Rotondo, of Camillus, New York, say their son doesn't pay rent or help out around the house so they've had it.
Over the past three months, they've given him five written notices to move out, but he has ignored their orders.
They initially tried to get him evicted, but learned that since he is a family member, he would have to be removed from their home through an ejectment proceeding.

If this guy had my father, the least of his worries would be where he would live AFTER getting out of the hospital.

true! and guilt!!! I have a family member who never got a job/moved out/lived with mama till he died. Discouraged her from selling the house/ getting remarried / it was always his wants and needs. The worlds biggest baby.
this went on into his 60’s. (but she allowed that to happen by not putting her foot down in his youth) He was a big healthy guy, too. absolutely no reason for him to not have a job.
Kids! Mine are both out and living their lives. thank God.

officer, i think my son is using dangerous drugs and you have my permission to search the house and his room in particular
