That is true but (hopefully) not what this is all about. It amounts to throwing the baby out with the bathwater and shows an incredible lack of understanding of free speech.
All mediums including the street corner soap box can have limits on attacks and stalkers. What they can't and shouldn't have is limits on free thought and opinion. Big difference. Blurring the lines between the two seems like something one would do in order to scuttle the whole deal.
What this ruling is REALLY gonna do is inflame the war between white v. blackhat hackers to nuclear level. Ought to be pretty funny, actually, if one isn’t dependent on social media.
