I read the RR problems + Mule implications same as everybody but even then isn’t absolute - it says once things are known then he has to recuse and if he doesn’t he’s in ethical violation and would then be terminated. However, still a wild card, if tied to the execution of the sting, then he’d have to turn over, too. Odds now on black hat * 2 .. TBD ;)
