I saw Newspapers flip in the 60's on the civil rights movement. Flips have happened before and they'll happen again. It's amazing to see.

If you have the Time/Life yearly news books check out the volume that deals with 1964. The civil rights movement - which was a revolution on a similar scale of the Trump revolution - was given TWO pages in that year.

TWO. Two pages....

Then the 'flip' happened ...

-----------------------------------------

Also twenty years ago the press was blaming their problems on 'the net'... it wasn't true then - might not true now in the way they define it.

Back then 'Drudge' was pulling in hundreds of thousands of 'eyes' on his content. And when liberal papers would put their content on the net they couldn't sell it... couldn't get people to look at it or pay for it...

MSM was drivel on newsprint AND it was drivel on the flickering screen. Yes, the medium will change to flickering screen... or laptop or tablet or smart phone you're totally right on that... but that's NOT what killed newspapers. What killed newspapers what they saw themselves as 'newspapers' and NOT as content distributors. If they had they could have combined the technologies... So, if democrat thugs don't 'get' Trump there will be a flip within two years. I'll put a dollar on it.

As I said, I’ll take the bet.

Loser donates $100 to FR.

But you have to put some kind of reasonable end-date on it.

This coming January, or July 2019, something.
