I seem to remember that one certain person in the O admin did a very poor job on the first cert - he might have even been identified - and then they had to do the HI cert which was also a terrible job..
If “Q has it all”, he might very well have the orig docs creating them, from servers, or images from the printers - they stay in memory! :)
It would be even sweeter if there was a chain of emails saying “ hey, when was he supposed to be born”? Or “no one’s gonna believe that lady was his mother”.. or “do I fill in ‘Black’ or ‘Negro’”...
The original had “AFRIKAN” with a K which was the Dutch spelling used to designate tribal heritage. It was used and still is used in countries along the Dutch Spice Route. Kenya and South Africa being two of them
