Maybe so but at this point in time I don’t see how we could legally have tribunals without the vast majority saying coup.

Military tribunals, like all of these mystical legal tools, swing both ways.

The last time we had military tribunals was when Lincoln invoked the Insurrection Act of 1807 after the incident at Fort Sumter in 1861.

My suspicion is that Trump expects an insurrection of social justice warriors, Black Lives Matter activists, SIEU members and anybody else Soros can mobilize when the arrests begin. He's expecting mobs to prevent the arrest of others when their indictments are announced. He's expecting California and other states to attempt unilateral secession, all of which would be sufficient for him to invoke the Insurrection Act and ask Congress for a declaration of martial law. Once that happens, military tribunals become legal.

No coup needed.

And I suppose the Standard Polling Mechanisms will begin to report unbiased polls on that or any other subject shortly after H*** freezes over.
