Dunno. At the time I thought he might be in line for some Execuive branch prosecutorial position. Maybe even A.G. itself. Now, maybe this #3 slot. But he would have to face confirmation. Maybe acting pending confirmation? I would like that, myself. I trust Gowdy, though I know some around these parts don't.
