With what we know about MK Ultra and mind control capabilities of the intelligence services, what do you think are the chances that these shooters can be manipulated and compelled into a false flag event? Look at the circumstances surround the Navy Yard shooter in 2013. Seems to me also that we are hearing very little information about the shooters who survive and are arrested.
