Well silly the front is for the bride, groom and the clergy.

The middle holds the ‘traditional’ boys choir..... there was no other place to put them.

Noticed that the Queen had that choir situated all the way in the back of the church.

The choir is built into most medieval English church buildings in a similar position—between the altar and the pews. The Queen had nothing to do with its placement.

The choir seating (called the "quire" in traditional English) is represented on the floor plan below by those horizontal gray areas in the center:
