That's a cello. The bass fiddle is almost twice as big and is usually played standing up. He played amazingly, didn't he?!
I didn’t watch the wedding but they sang the hymn Abide By Me at the FA Cup final. Apparently there was more church music there than at St. George’s.
I was so profoundly impressed I've watched it over and over again. The choice of music equally impressive.....the guy has mastered his instrument along with pulling into the moment with him. I was fully mesmerized! Takes alot to impress me musician and voice wise...but this guys the real deal and the whole package.
