These books are not meant to become leather-bound, gold trimmed volumes that might reside in Orson Welles’ library, to be read while he sips fine single-malt scotch. Posthumously.
They are meant to make the publisher $500K-$1 MM and James Comey $3-4 million before being hauled off to the dump. In that respect I would imagine Comey’s book to be entirely successful.

Comey sold 600,000 the first week out.
That’s a huge number (of Leftist readers) for any writer.
So far, news stories say, the idiot Michael Wolffe sold fewer at the start but is up to two million copies sold now.

There’s a coffee shop/book store at a NC beach we frequent I call “Commie Coffee”. As you walk in there’s a shelf of books that is the 1st thing you see. He always has some liberal horse sh** book he features.
He had 4 copies of the Comey book last time I was there. These feature books always bite the dust. I always turn the books around. He’s never caught me. Childish but I enjoy it.
I would gladly take Comey’s sales for all but 3 of my books.
In just four hours time, James Comey’s book fell down to #18 and John McCain’s failed book has fallen to #22 on the Amazon.com Bestsellers List of Books, before it was even released for sale. So much for Comey and so much for McCain.
