Undoubtedly a lot of abuse, but I bet a lot of the overtime is justified.

Probably less than 1 out of 10 mechanics know what they are doing and the rest are unqualified but got their jobs through "inclusion" policies.

All the challenging repair work probably falls on the few guys that have the skills, and have to put in a lot of overtime.
