Actually chalk up two for turtle Eighty of those judgeships were to be appointed by 0. Turtle delayed them long enough they will now be conservatives rather than liberals. Now to finish the job and get them ALL confirmed Ha...someone ought to let the turtle know that the GOP is in the driving seat and it's now OK to stop the delays.
