I did read (today???) that Yertle McConnell forced a vote on an appointment, I think the judge, just in the last couple of days. I can't remember where I saw it, though.

Actually chalk up two for turtle Eighty of those judgeships were to be appointed by 0. Turtle delayed them long enough they will now be conservatives rather than liberals. Now to finish the job and get them ALL confirmed
