We have a new (tenth) division specializing in cyber. Snowden was a cyber geek who was unhappy with what the government was doing. He knew he couldn’t blow the whistle without finding security.

Out with the old (uniform) now wearing one that is trusted/new.

It is a new Unified Command, not a division. The head of it is a Army General and it is a Joint command meaning all services (usually) are represented. The USAF guys under his command could wear those uniforms subject to regs and uniform of the day policy.
