I watched that wedding at the White House. It had rained all morning and they held up the wedding and it finally quit. The wedding was in the Rose garden and the drops of rain were on the bushes and flowers as Nixon and Trish walked in. She looked beautiful!

I adored Nixon and cried when he resigned. I have all of his signed books from his library and thought he was a wonderful president.
