The McLennan County District Attorney dismissed 62 more cases related to the May 17, 2015 Twin Peaks Mass Murder yesterday.
Prosecutors dismissed charges against at least 19 Cossacks and 13 Bandidos, two Valerosos, three Escondidos and two Macheteros.
Cossacks who were cleared yesterday included Nomad Michael Chaney; McLennan County chapter president John Wilson; John Voodoo Arnold; Mark White, the police informant who told prosecutors the fight was not about the Texas bottom rocker and whose statement was then hidden from defense lawyers; and Philip White, who was shot in the face during the 109 second ambush.
Bandidos
Dallas Bandido Christopher Julian Carrizal, who was wounded in the ambush and whose son, Christopher Jacob Carrizal, remains the only man tried so far in connection with the mass murder, also had charges against him dropped. The younger Carrizals trial ended with a hung jury. He is currently scheduled to be retried September 10.
Bandidos chaplain Lawrence Yager had his charges dismissed and so did Martin Lewis, a black Valerosos patch holder and retired San Antonio detective who became a subject of national curiosity when his mug shot was published multiple times during a pro-police, anti-Bandidos propaganda campaign following the bloodshed. The incident was routinely described as a real life episode of Sons of Anarchy during the propaganda push. CNN called it Biker Brawl. The Washington Post called the Waco massacre, one of the worst eruptions of biker-gang violence in U.S. history.
Numbers
One hundred seventy-seven witnesses were arrested nine hours after the murders using identical, photocopied affidavits with blank spaces for their names. Eventually 193 people, were threatened with indictment for participating in a hypothetical criminal conspiracy resulting in nine murders and at least 20 assaults. One hundred fifty-five of the witnesses were eventually indicted in two grand jury sessions.

Surprised to see John Wilson had his charges dropped as it was primarily his crew that showed up uninvited to the meeting enmasse and caused a ruckus.
Also surprised that the Bandido chaplain’s case got dropped, he brought a carload of weapons to Waco iirc.
Only 3 Bandidos were charged with murder. That should tell you something.
Not illegal to have rifles and shotguns in your car. Not in Texas.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Did you actually post that, on purpose?
Sure I did...what’re you going to do about it grandpa?
Certainly not say anything intelligent...I’ve read some of your senile ramblings on the subject.
Didn't say it was illegal...but it was suspicious, as was his reason for having all those weapons in his car.
Only 3 Bandidos were charged with murder. That should tell you something.
Like what?
The Cossacks that murdered Jesse Rodruiguez were shot dead by police...and good riddance to them.
There is no education nor any intellect involved in anything you post on this particular subject.
You don’t do your homework.
There could not be any “uninvited” bikers at a general meeting of the Confederation Of Motorcycle Clubs And Independents because the meetings are open to the public.
That’s kind of why the venue was a busy restaurant on a Sunday afternoon.
I used to go to those suffy meetings if something important was pending in the legislature back when I rode motorcycles, because they read bills pertinent to riding (and not getting ticketed) that the newspapers didn’t cover.
You have a lot of bluster, built in its entirety upon a complete and total ignorance of what the venue of this incident really was. Outlaw bikers wouldn’t schedule a rumble for one of these meetings anymore than the Italian mafia would plan to wipe each other out at Easter Mass.
Anyone with an IQ above room temperature should be able to figure out that 50-60 members of a so-called outlaw MC didn’t all suddenly decide to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon listening to a COCI representative give a talk about motorcycle legislation.
This was premeditated behavior by the local gang designed to send the Bandido outsiders and their local associates a message...which is why not charging Cossack chapter president John Wilson with riot is surprising.
Any notion that the white trash Cossacks would observe biker protocols regarding COCI events is likewise bullshit, given their sole intent that day was to disrupt the meeting and intimidate the dues paying COCI membership.
Proper protocol would have had John Wilson calling the COCI reps and letting them know they’d have 50-60 additional “guests” attending rather than just rolling in an hour early and taking over the space reserved for the meeting.
The Cossacks didn’t do protocols...they didn’t pay monthly dues, they didn’t ask the dominant club for permission to wear the Texas bottom rocker, etc. So given all that, why on earth would anyone expect the Cossacks to honor the neutrality of a COCI meeting?
Its almost like you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about grandpa...
