Win back the leadership.
Ban gays from leadership positions.
Allow the girls but put them in separate troops. Keep them separate when appropriate, like overnight camping situations.
Provide a healthier alternative to the girl scouts.
Once the Scouts allowed to that happen, that will not be undone.
