Sigh.

Huber can't be a SC. SC must come from outside the government. Read the regulations.

But so what if he can't be SC. He can indict from where he sits, or supervise the prosecutors who are indicting. No need for a SC except to satisfy the lunkheads in Congress.

Huber is the SC - operating within D-J. Sessions has been clear that the concept of SC is flawed because the D-J can & should be free from corruption and able to clean their own house.
