Playing with the map doesn't seem to connect with me. ;)

What did however, was seeing the roman numerals without my glasses on which made me think of NXIVM. Didn't think 'N' was a roman numeral but checked, and indeed it is - 0.

Here are the values if you read NXIVM as being roman numerals: N=0

Here's where I put on my tin hat and delve into numerology.

Thinking up is down and left is right, I checked left to right first:

1000.5.1.10.0

Looks kind of like an IP address with a prefix. So I checked 5.1.10.0 on WHOIS.domaintools.com/5.1.10.0. Interesting find. It appears to be a server for the Ukrainian State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection. Hmmmm.

Next, I looked at upside down and then left to right.

0.10.1.5.1000 upside down is 0001510100.
Now left to right is 0010151000.
Looks like 0.0.10.15.1000

Searched for that and got this:
