Israel has made it PERFECTLY CLEAR that they will not tolerate an Iranian presence in Syria. If Syria doesn’t want Israel bombing the crap out of their country, they need to get Iran OUT, and out now.

Great time to go. I have been there for all of the conflicts. First was when Israel invaded Lebanon. Both Intifadas, when Arafat died etc. Unfortunately you already have your tickets. You can save a lot if you make your reservations just as the conflicts start. By the time you get there, everything is over but the prices are still low.
