My understanding is that after a FISA judge refused access to 9/11 hijacker Moukawi's (sp??) laptop - results obvious - that FISA judges flipped and allowed just about all requests for warrants.
Perhaps some happy medium could be reached... presuming some collective desire for Constitutional fairness and so forth. (???) sigh
My point of view is that the medium/balance is obtained without spending money on a Rube Goldberg court system that doesn't protect any more than would be without.
The FISC is there for appearance only. It's a joke. Lawyer/judge version of TSA. They probably get premium pay too. Pull the plug.
