It seemed to me he was playing devil’s advocate, using Wikileaks, etc., and then bracing against it, answering with Q posts speak for themselves.
I agree it was confusing. The feedback was positive, but Praying Medic is known for his clarity. This piece actually caused me to wonder whether this was PM. You know?
