I ain't that good. Assume it's mostly everyone - these are Obama's people
Interesting thing about the 16 Intels...each branch of the service has their own intel dept. EPA has their own Intel dept.
When Hillary claimed 17 intel agencies...blah, blah, blah. I wonder how that worked ? (and how it seemed she had that info before anybody else).
They all got in a room and rubber stamped ? They didn't all get to gether, they just rubber stamped with no peer review ?
If there WAS peer review, they never would been able to do it in time for the debate.
Here's the plum book...published 12/2016...have at it. ( It's already outdated - still all of Obama's people)
"Every four years, just after the Presidential election, the ‘‘United States Government Policy and Supporting Positions,’’ commonly known as the Plum Book, is published, alternately, by the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
This publication contains data (as of June 30, 2016) on over 9,000 Federal civil service leadership and support positions in the legislative and executivebranches of the Federal Government that may be subject to noncompetitive appointment"
I wont hot link to the pdf
