In the Manafort case, the issue is not change of venue, it is change of prosecutor.

Mueller is not going after Podesta. Podesta has no connection to Trump. Mueller's charter should be limited to Trump campaign, but he has taken it as anything (ever) dealing with people who were in the Trump campaign.

The Manafort case was already being investigated before the SC took it over. Judge Ellis questioned why the Manafort case couldn’t be transferred to the DA in Virginia as it has nothing to do with Russia, as Cohen’s case was transferred to NY. So why was one transferred and not the other, when they both were involved in Trump campaign yet both cases had nothing to do with Russia?
If you have the answer, judge Ellis would like to know too.:-)

Nunes just said he’s going to push to have Sessions charged with contempt of Congress. Another busy week!
