Why is Hussein/JK traveling WW and meeting w/ foreign heads of state (some enemies of the U.S.)?
Two things, IMO.
To save a bad deal they never should have agreed to.
Trying to establish/control the narrative.
HRC/BC flying under the radar - same/unreported - why?

Phil, I disagree. I think 0 and John F’n Kerry are doing this to further cast the shade of illegitimacy on Trump's presidency. They're all like “Hey, go ahead, start a war with the US, and then we'll step in, take Trump out, slide back into our old chairs, call off the war AND give you more cash!”
They're like the shadow gov’t that doesn't care that the sun is shining on them.
