I think Sessions and company are very busy making sure that they neutralize the support system for the black hats. After all evil doers like Hellary don't do their own dirty work.

To protect the American people they have to sweep all these criminals and crazies up. If the black hats appear to be unscathed, it is because they are arrogant.
