There is going to be more than one OIG report. So, there needs to be a way to distinguish between them. OIG was tasked, in December 2016 (before Trump was sworn in), with investigating the conduct of the FBI in investigating and announcing Hillary e-mail server issues. This what I call the "Hillary exoneration issue."
Horowitz is also investigating the conduct of the FBI in obtaining the FISA warrant against Carter Page.
Horowitz perhaps has other investigations cooking that I am not recalling from memory. All of his investigations will be made public, with some redactions.
