Now the big question is whether the judge will have the courage of his judgment and convictions (already on display in his critical questions). The judge needs to throw out the Manafort case with a stunning, savage, detailed legal rebuke of Rosenweasel and Mueller.
Will the judge really dare to do so? Or will he quietly retreat from the insights he has already expressed? He knows that Mueller and Rosenweasel have trashed legal boundaries and are out of control. “Unfettered power” as the judge says..... It is up to THIS JUDGE to put some fetters on that power.

Amazing, isn’t it? The vast majority of influential judges are leftists and fundamentally politically. When we see the rare exception it’s like a miracle...and maybe it is.
Like you I hope this judge digs in and refuses to let go. The Mueller investigation is so dirty it’s as if the DNC were directly orchestrating it. Hopefully the exposure of Mueller’s and Rosenstein’s criminality has only just begun.
