Some have claimed the critters have a base near the bottom of the Marianas Trench. Sounds like a good location for him, to me. Or maybe a moon of Saturn or Jupiter.
They can tie him to a chair naked in front of the capital as long as he has a ball gag in his mouth. Your options work for me too tho.
