Ahh, yes, Coach Allen, great guy. I had the pleasure of driving him to an event ( my company hired him as a guest speaker ) after the event he and I went to his office, which was at the corner of Clark and Anaheim (near little Rec). He and I spoke for about a half hour. Too bad that he was not able to save 49er football.
what a great story about George Allen...how many times I drove down Anaheim street from working down in the Harbor...35 years worth off and on.
Does that freaky cult ( people with white robes walking out front ) still have a street front on Anaheim St. ( down by Wilson HS ) wife an I were talking about them the other night. To weird... I know your in Lakewood you may not even know about them folks
