That certainly does raise an eyebrow. The diplomatic cable says the delay was partly due to a bureaucratic wrangle on the part of the Russians as to who would receive the HE uranium sample... that does have a bit of a fish smell. :^/
When one searches Mueller and Uranium One this comes up multiple times, plus it seems obvious in one Utah paper that the Uranium One mines went into Utah also. I hope a friend in Utah knows. It seems obvious Mueller and many in the FBI leadership plus DOJ leadership were in bed with the Clintons.
