First, I won't understand if she doesn't get fired quickly. Second, whoever is responsible for background checks should be replaced.

She was an Obama appointee to the position. She stays in that position. Obama administration picked some of the worst people. IMO he/they vetted them FOR their evil, nor against.
In the article, it explains how she was (willingly) used to wreck another doctor’s advancement up the ladder. She seems to get off on stirring the pot, and telling huge lies. So, she got to the White House based on the recommendations of her superiors, who encouraged and helped her to wreck the other doctor. So, her superiors are responsible for getting her into the White House...hmmm... I wonder who they voted for.
