That is ONE key preliminary action that's done. That gun is cocked and loaded to be fired in each case at the most fitting time. Just because the timing fails to fit our impatience is not the priority.
And, some of them have begun to be unsealed and the guilty are beginning to face the justice system.
But the bulk of that action will take a considerable length of time just because of the numbers. It will also take some time because of some of the status/roles of some of the elite concerned.
And all that obviously MUST BE COORDINATED with a careful-all-ducks-in-a-row confiscation of their wealth.
THey are maybe going to have to do something about the judiciary — have to show they are so corrupt that the trials have to be military.
