Whether Trump knew it was for Stormy or some other deal, we don;t know. Rudy implied that Trump knew nothing of the details. But Cohen made no campaign finance violation (paying $130,000 to benefit the Trump campaign) because Trump paid the $130,000 that ended up in Stormy Daniels' pocket.
A $130,000 payment is so small in Trumpworld, that it's possible the payment never even crossed Trump's personal desk.
Hmm, so what would Trump/his people be paying Cohen for?
