Mir’s last fight was 25 months ago, he was KOed by Mark Hunt.

I’ll take Mir, Sanchez and Gracie.
I dunno if Fedor has it anymore.

Bellator has a lot of slightly-over-the-hill former UFC fighters such as these two. That said it could be a good fight. Winner will face slightly-over-the-hill Sonnen.

(I hope Trump runs roughshod over the inevitable obstuctionists, Dems, progs, libs, or RINOs!)
I think Fedor should quit fighting, he's washed up!

Do you happen to know their ages? They should have an over 65 years class. There comes a point when you are still tough and strong, but you lose the speed and the flexibility, not to mention you simply do not recover and heal as rapidly.

Mir is 38, and Fedor is 41.

Fedor in his prime was great. He really is a shadow now.

That’s pushing it. I remember watching Brock Lesnar come from no where and win an NCAA championship wrestling in St Louis. He became an amazing HW fighter and wasted several years in “pro-wrestling.” For a big man he was very fast.

This would have been a great main event 10-15 years ago. I’m watching this but it kind of makes me sad.

Yeah, they called it a toehold. I thought it was initially some sort of ankle lock.

Picking Fedor is risky business, but so is picking Mir.

I think I am going to definitely go with Fedor over Sonnen though.
I don’t think Sonnen has what it takes to beat him.
