Folks, most Americans just missed a world-changing event -- because none of the MSM carried it live! (And we, here on FR, were busy FReeping...)
I just watched (on Korean TV, via Twitter) Kim Jong Un step across the demarcation line into South Korea! That was the first time a NK leader has been in SK for over 60 years.
SK President, Moon Jae-in, reached across the line, and they shook hands. Then -- still holding hands, KJU stepped across the line into Free Korea.
They had a photo-op, chatted for a minute (all smiles) --and then Kim Jong Un surprised Moon Jae-in -- by inviting Moon Jae-in to step with him into North Korea!
They stepped across the line -- holding hands -- and, then had an impromptu handshake and photo op -- before stepping back across the line for their planned meeting.
Only someone who has lived in an Oriental country can fully appreciate the personal and national "risk of loss of Face" those two leaders took with those few historic steps!
IMO, the likelihood of KJU reversing his path now is greatly reduced. His "Face" now depends on his following through with peace...

but they’ll give it to Kim Jong Un
I agree Pres. Trump definitely deserves the Prize. If they offer him one I hope he tells them where they can shove it.
After all the NPP is a joke since they gave one to Obummer.
Here is the NPP’s reason:
The 2009 Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to United States President Barack Obama for his “extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples”.
What a joke!
Kim had a very large smile on his face. He seems to be quite happy with these developments. I thought I would never see this.
Let’s see what happens.
Now, the Marxists in the Soetoro Adminishtrayshun (Harf style) are trying to figure out how to take credit for Trump’s success in the soon-to-be resolved Korean Conflict and the Trump-inspired cessation of nuke aspirations of Little Rocket Man.
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be rememberèd
We few, we happy few, we band of FReepers;
For he to-day that shares his post with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition;
And gentlepersons in America now a-bed
Shall think themselves accurs'd they were not posting here,
And hold their soul cheap whiles any speaks
That posted with us upon this historic April day.
