Good question. I don’t know that. I think it’s too late to be put on the ballot for November, so if McTurd croaks much later than July or August, I think the replacement would serve out McTurd’s term til 2022.
At this point, the McCain vacancy would be up for election in 2020 to serve until 2022, with the AZ Gov appointing a replacement until the general election 2020.
