Nitypick, those remarks were made on April 25th, not today, in a Congressional hearing.

Sessions opened that phrase with two words— “I wish....(pause) “, started over, and said this investigation “should end”. No directive in that word “should”. I had to think he sees Giuliani breathing down Mueller’s neck.
